I’ve always believed our role as leaders is to create other leaders.

Over three decades at Microsoft and Red Hat, including roles as CTO and VP, I’ve learnt from the people I’ve led, the mistakes I’ve made and the leaders who challenged me to grow.

I created You’re the Leader. So Now What? to share those lessons and help first-time and aspiring managers find their feet, build confidence and bring out the best in their people.
